Raksha is the figure the Order of Mithras answers to in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, and she carries the title of the Magistra. She was introduced in the roughly forty second trailer that aired during the Nintendo Direct of September 9, 2026, and a profile followed later in the month. She is shown masked, and she is described as holding influence over Solel, the Divine Sovereign who rules the Dagdan Empire while its founder sleeps. A masked figure outside the tournament with a hold over the throne is, so far, the whole of her published position.

The Order and Its People
The order is described as involved with cursed artifacts, and it is the one group on the roster that reads as a faction with an agenda rather than as a fighting team. It does not enter the Heroic Games. Raksha sits at the top of it, and four other figures are indexed beneath her.

Two further figures have been shown working for her without a name attached, one of them also associated with Iliana. Lind refers to the arrangement from the other side: he is contemptuous of how quickly Hong Hua attached herself to someone else after Raksha turned her out, which is the only published line that treats being in the Magistra's service as something a person can be put out of.
Reach Beyond the Order
The influence over Solel is what separates Raksha from the other group leaders on the roster. Solel declares the Heroic Games open and sets the prize, and Iliana is placed at his side while the tournament runs. Nothing published says what the order asks of him, what it has on him, or whether he knows the reach exists. The order's stated subject, cursed artifacts, connects it to the Curse value carried on this game's weapon tables and to the cursed objects that grant Blaze Arts; see Weapons and Drake's Treasures.
What Has Not Been Published
As of September 2026, no official profile, presentation, press release or storefront listing gives Raksha a class, an age, a homeland or a stated aim, and none explains what the mask is for or what she looks like behind it. She has not been shown as a playable unit or as an opponent on any route, and no chapter has been published in which she takes the field. Nothing published says what Mithras refers to in this setting or where the order is based.
