Twisted Thicketway Puzzle Solution

Overview

The Twisted Thicketway is an Abyss challenge that combines pillar alignment with a boss encounter against Abyss Kutum. Access it from the Altar of Solitude teleporter or through the Skyloop Bridge.

Location

Accessible via the teleporter in the Altar of Solitude within the Abyss, or through the Skyloop Bridge's alternate route. You must first solve the Sealed Ancient Gate to open the portal here.

Required Skills

• Blinding Flash to follow cables and illuminate the area

• Axiom Bracelet to control the pillar and sockets

• Force Palm to activate the wind device and deal stagger damage to the boss

Step-by-Step Solution

1. After teleporting from Skyloop Bridge, use Blinding Flash to follow the cables and locate the cave entrance near the ledge.

2. Proceed past the central pillar and activate the elevator.

3. Deploy your Axiom Bracelet on the alignment device behind you.

4. Use the Axiom Bracelet to control the pillar and insert it into each socket until you hear an audio cue confirming alignment.

5. Once the light in the middle activates, insert the pillar into the central socket to open the portal.

6. Head back up and use Force Palm on the wind device to create an updraft. Glide upward to reach the challenge area.

7. Defeat Abyss Kutum by targeting its eyes with bow attacks to build the Stagger meter, then climb above the gate and use Force Palm to finish the encounter.

Tips

• Keep a stock of arrows for the Abyss Kutum fight. Bow shots to its eyes are the fastest way to stagger it.

• After each stagger phase, rush in for melee damage before the boss recovers.
