Overview
Eric is the barber at Greymane Camp in Crimson Desert. He runs the Barber Shop tent and provides hair, beard, eyebrow, and tattoo customization services for all three playable characters. Eric is recruited alongside Connor and Oliver (the dye merchant) during the "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery" faction quest.
Every customization option Eric offers is purely cosmetic and has no effect on gameplay stats or combat performance. All appearance options are earned through gameplay, with no microtransactions or premium currency involved. Eric's tent is marked on the camp map with a scissors and comb icon, located near the general store.

Eric provides the following customization services at the Barber Shop tent. All changes can be previewed before confirming. Customization must be done per-character: you need to switch to the character you want to modify before visiting Eric.

Eric cannot alter fundamental facial features such as face shape or eye color. Crimson Desert does not have full character creation; the barber system handles only hair, facial hair, and tattoo modifications.
How to Recruit
Eric is recruited by completing the "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery" faction quest. This quest is part of the Solid Foundation sub-questline within the broader Grounds of the Sunrise quest chain. The quest reunites Kliff with Connor, Oliver, and Eric at a waterfall overlooking Howling Hill.
Unlocking Eric requires progressing through a lengthy series of camp faction quests that involve building up the camp, recruiting members, and completing multiple mission-based objectives. The Solid Foundation questline requires first completing the Gathered Will questline, which involves building the farm and ranch and expanding the camp. Players report it takes roughly 40 to 45 hours of gameplay to reach this point.

Eric's Request
Eric issues a Greymane Commission called "Eric's Request." This faction quest involves delivering Eric's proposal to a nearby village. After hearing the news, Eric is full of joy. Completing the quest rewards Greymane +50 reputation.
