Daily and Weekly Checklist
October 6, 2026 at 11:54 PM
Initial version (2026-10-06)
AION 2 is built around daily and weekly limits rather than hard daily lockouts, so most of a week's progress comes from knowing which counters refill when. This checklist gathers those limits from NCsoft's official Korean guidebook and update notes. Times are Korean server time and the rules are the Korean and Taiwanese service's; NCsoft's global notices checked on October 7, 2026 give no reset schedule for the global service, so check the in-game timers there. Each row links to the page that covers the content in full.
Several weekly counters reset on Wednesday at 05:00: since January 21, 2026 the weekly items in the Wind Breeze Merchants members' shop reset then instead of on Monday, and boss kill counts refill every Wednesday at 05:00. Expedition Ordeal rewards also reset on Wednesday.
Daily membership refills happen at 05:00: a November 23, 2025 fix concerned members who were offline at 5 AM receiving only the base amount.
Attendance boards for events reset at 00:00 every day.
Some limits are counted per character and others per server (shared by every character on that server); the tables below say which.
Activity | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
2 free attempts a day, stacking up to 14 | Guidebook Nightmare page (updated June 30, 2026) | |
Dimensional Invasion (차원 침공) | Rewards twice a day, 14 a week; joining is unlimited | A field event that starts at 30 minutes past each hour in each faction's regions |
Portals every three hours (at 2, 5, 8 and 11 o'clock), open for 15 minutes | Guidebook rift page (updated September 23, 2026) | |
Open 11:00 to 14:00 and 20:00 to 22:00 daily; rewards for up to 3 wins a week | Guidebook Battlefield page (updated August 13, 2026) | |
Duty Quests (사명) | Up to 20 at once since April 1, 2026; 50 refreshes a day, free at intervals | See Leveling Guide; rewards include Soul Crystals for Genus Insight (tripled on September 16, 2026) |
Field Kina and loot | A daily Kina and item cap; once reached, field monsters, sealed dungeons, garrisons, Transcendence and Expeditions stop dropping them | Guidebook item page. A capped player in a party stops normal monster loot for the whole party |
Recharges over time | Spend it on reward Cubes rather than letting it sit at the cap; the Korean membership raises the charge amount by 50% |
Activity | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
14 attempts per server per week | Rewards scale with score; After a clear, Instant Completion tickets (30,000 Kina, 14 per server per week since February 25, 2026) claim the same clear reward again, each using an attempt. Low-score rewards were raised on October 7, 2026 | |
No reward-count limit since July 1, 2026 | Each clear costs Odyle Energy. Leaving a cleared dungeon without taking its reward uses up a weekly allowance shared by the server's characters; at zero you cannot enter until the weekly reset | |
Each difficulty's reward once a week | Resets on Wednesday | |
One final boss kill: weekly in Corroded Decontamination Facility; one final boss kill in Abyssal Forge: Ludra; unlimited attempts but one reward in Chalice of Muspel and Snowfield of Sorrow | Guidebook Sanctuary page (updated September 14, 2026) | |
Artifact battles (PvP and the Abyss) | Wednesday and Saturday, from 22:00 by matching group | Abyss Points have weekly and season caps |
Season missions | Per-content season missions plus weekly missions, each with rewards | Content rankings and progress can be reset when a season ends |
Wind Breeze Merchants weekly items | Per character or per server, as listed | For example the Resurrection Spiritstone event from October 7 to 21, 2026: 30 per character per week at 25,000 Kina, level 45 and up |
Supply Requests (보급 의뢰) | Each category has its own delivery deadline | Deliver the requested items for Abyss Points |
Material Conversion with weekly caps | Per character or per server | For example Odyle Energy (Bound): 16 per server plus 4 per character a week since May 13, 2026; Silver Medals: 20 per character a week |
Spend Odyle Energy first: it is the resource that turns dungeon clears into rewards.
Run the server-wide Daily Dungeon pool and the weekly Ordeal and Sanctuary kills across characters early in the week, since several of these counters are shared by the server.
Pick up the free Nightmare attempts before they reach the 14-attempt cap, and the two daily Dimensional Invasion rewards.
Keep Duty quests refreshed; they feed Soul Crystals, Daevanion Crystals and other growth materials.
This order is a summary of the limits above, not an official recommendation.
