A Night Out is Chapter 2 of 007 First Light. Set in a London nightclub, it is Bond's first real field assignment and the campaign's first dense social-stealth set piece. The chapter introduces named NPCs from the antagonist faction (Joshua Pike, Cressida, Monroe) and stages multiple approach routes through the venue.

Story Beats
Bond is sent into a London nightclub to gather intelligence on the antagonist faction. The chapter opens after the gadget unlock segment The Heart of the Matter, so Bond enters with his Q Branch loadout intact. The chapter culminates with Bond completing his first field assignment, with multiple resolution paths depending on stealth, bluff, or combat choices.

A Night Out tasks Bond with locating a target named Joshua Pike inside a London nightclub and extracting intelligence from his phone. The chapter is split into several named stages: making contact with an MI6 asset, retrieving a dead drop, reaching the VIP second floor via one of three Opportunities, completing a proximity hack on Pike, eliminating Pike as a variable, impersonating him in a meeting with his buyer, and escaping the club.
MI6 Contact and the Dead Drop
After the opening cutscene, Bond gains control on the dance floor. Walk toward the bar at the back of the room; a cutscene plays in which Bond approaches a woman in a red dress who turns out not to be the contact.
Look to the left-hand side of the bar for a man in a red T-shirt. Speak to him; he reveals that the dead drop is hidden in the bathroom.
Turn right at the bar and follow the perimeter of the first floor to the bathrooms. Enter the men's bathroom and interact with the third cubicle. Inside, open the power box to collect the dead drop.
A cutscene plays establishing Pike as the target. The jealous boyfriend of the woman Bond spoke to at the bar then confronts Bond. Defeat him by slamming his head into the sink, then exit the bathroom.
Get Upstairs: Three Opportunities
Upon reaching the door out of the bathroom, Bond is told he must access the VIP party on the second floor. Three separate Opportunities become available. Each is an independent route; only one needs to be completed to proceed. Clues for each route are discovered through eavesdropping and exploration, and the list updates in the objectives menu as intel is gathered.
Staff Only
Return to the bar where the MI6 contact was met. Stepping behind the bar is flagged as trespassing.
Bluff any of the bartenders; all bar staff will allow unhindered movement for a short window.
Pass through the door behind the bar, cross the storage room, and climb the stairs to reach the second floor. This completes the Staff Only Opportunity.

Above and Beyond
Make your way to the stage and circle around its left-hand side. A manager will approach and block the path.
Bluff the manager to get past, then follow the path and climb up the back of the staging to reach the catwalks above the dance floor.
Move across the catwalks, leaping and crouch-walking between sections, until a jump to the second-floor balcony is available.
Collectible: The Ober of Bells Card is found along this route.
Hop over to the balcony to complete the Above and Beyond Opportunity.
The Stamp
Speak to the cloakroom staff at the top of the stairs opposite the bathroom to learn about the VIP stamp.
Instead of stealing the stamp from the desk, head to the end of the corridor to the left of the cloakroom and eavesdrop on a woman talking on the phone. She reveals that giving the name 'Jones' to the attendant will earn the stamp.
Return to the cloakroom and speak to the attendant on the right; tell him you are here for Jones to receive the stamp.
Use the stamp to walk freely up the stairs to the left of the bar and reach the second floor, completing The Stamp Opportunity.
The Proximity Hack
On the second floor, activate the Q Lens and scan the VIP area to the right of the entrance. Joshua Pike is visible in a booth speaking with friends.
Approach Pike and use the Q Lens to begin a proximity hack on his phone. A meter in the bottom-left corner of the screen tracks progress.
Follow Pike as he moves through the VIP area, across the dance floor, and around to the bar. Stay close to keep the meter filling.
Bond is confronted by the woman from the bar; select either of the prompted responses to continue.
Pike enters an exclusive seating area. Pick up the tray of drinks at the end of the VIP bar and carry it inside while posing as a waiter.
Let the interaction play out, then approach Pike and wait for the hack to complete.
Get Rid of Pike
After the hack concludes, Cressida asks Bond to meet her on the second-floor balcony. Reconvene with her to learn that Pike is meeting his contact tonight and Bond must take his place.
Locate the door behind the second-floor bar, sneak through it, and enter another door on the right to find a suitable room to confine Pike.
Return to the main room and find Pike on the dance floor. Chat with him; Bond convinces him to follow.
Walk Pike to the room, then sabotage the door handle to trap him inside.
Meet the Contact
Speak with Cressida briefly, then return to the first floor and follow the quest marker to a side room in the corridor on the left-hand side of the dance floor.
Speak to the buyer at the back of the room. Any dialogue choice completes the deal identically.
Bond receives the all-clear to leave; follow the quest marker to the other side of the first floor.
The Brawl
Near the exit, the jealous boyfriend returns with a group of enemies. Slam him against the speakers, then assist Monroe in defeating the remaining enemies.
After all three enemies are defeated, a cutscene plays and the chapter ends.
