Necklace of Mastery is a Rare necklace in Windrose that grants +10 Mastery to the wearer. It is the Rare tier, which requires a learned plan to craft or ascend. It sits in the middle of the line and begins to use Gold and Sapphire in its recipes. Necklaces fill the neck accessory slot, so only one can be worn at a time.
