Its +20 Endurance boost is the standard pre-boss buff for stamina-dependent builds, especially players running two-handed halberd or greatsword loops where every swing drains the pool. The Epic rarity and 30-minute duration are confirmed across community data; the magnitude is treated as +20 Endurance in the current meta.
Coffee Beans double as an ingredient for the Rare-tier Deadeye Grog recipe (1 Coffee Beans plus 1 Rum Bottle plus 2 Madeira). Players stockpiling Coffee Beans for this Epic dish can also keep a sea-going alcohol loop fed without dedicated farming.
