The bottleneck is the Dodo Egg. Banana and Cane Sugar are foraged or processed cheaply, and Cornmeal is milled from Corn grown in the Foothills, so stockpile eggs first and the rest of the batch comes together quickly.
Windrose allows up to two active food buffs at once, which must come from different dishes. Eating Banana Muffin while another rare-tier dish is active replaces one of the two slots. Pairing Banana Muffin with a different-stat dish (for example, a Vitality food alongside a Strength food) gives the full benefit of both slots. The 30-minute timer makes it efficient to eat before a long expedition rather than mid-fight.
