relationship types

• Romance -- From crushes to true love. See Romance.

• Friendship -- Built through regular social interactions and shared activities.

• Family -- Bonds between household members, parents, children, and spouses. See Family.

• Business -- Professional connections formed through work interactions and coworkers.

building relationships

Talking with other Zois affects relationship levels in each category. Each interaction type (romantic, friendly, professional) fills a separate relationship bar. Traits compatibility plays a role -- some trait combinations build rapport faster than others, while incompatible traits slow progress.

shared memories

Major relationship milestones (breakups, divorces, confessions) are stored in Shared Memories and visible in a Zoi's profile. Key conversations marked with special icons can reveal hidden information about a Zoi.
