instrument skill

Instrument is one of the skills in inZOI, with a max level of 10. It's available to Teenagers, Young Adults, Adults, Middle-Aged, and Senior Zois. Playing instruments levels the skill faster than composing on the computer, but composing generates income.

Three instruments can be purchased through Build Mode and placed at home:

• Piano (also listed as keyboard/synthesizer)

• Guitar

• Drum Set

At Instrument skill level 1, a Zoi can use the computer to compose original music. Higher skill levels unlock more genres:

• Level 2: Folk Song, Jingle

• Level 4: Classical Music, Hip-Hop Beats

• Level 6: Jazz Music, Movie Score

Finished compositions can be named, described, and then either kept as personal creations or sold for Meow. The recommended strategy for making money: play physical instruments to around level 7-8 for faster leveling, then switch to composing and selling tracks.

Pro Musician ambition

The Pro Musician ambition has three progression levels:

1. Buy an instrument and play it 3 times.

2. Play drums 10 times. Play any instrument while feeling Sentimental.

3. Max out the Instrument skill. Play guitar 20 times.
