Education careers in inZOI offer Zois the opportunity to work as professors at the game's two universities. These are prestigious positions with a three-day work week and competitive pay that scales significantly through three promotion tiers. Education careers are connected to the University system where Young Adult Zois study.

Education careers offer one of the best work-life balances in the game. The 9 AM to 3 PM schedule across only 3 days per week leaves significant free time for Skills development, Relationships, and personal pursuits. The shorter hours make this career compatible with Business ownership or intensive hobby development.
Education careers require the Young Adult, Adult, or Middle-Aged Life Stages. While attending University is not a prerequisite, the academic setting makes it a natural career path for Zois who enjoyed their time as students.
Education careers operate as off-site (rabbit hole) careers. The Zoi commutes to the university and works inside the building during shift hours. Players receive periodic notification updates about their Zoi's activities during work. Off-site career promotions can take a week or longer compared to on-site careers where players can directly control task completion.
