overview

Cahaya is a tropical destination added to inZOI as a free DLC called Island Getaway, released on August 20, 2025. Inspired by Southeast Asian culture, the area is made up of three islands with a mix of resort life, farming, and exploration.

the three islands

main island

The main island is where Zois can earn a living through farming, gathering, and fishing. It has a village atmosphere with local shops and outdoor activities.

resort island

The resort island offers recreation and relaxation. Three resort lodging options are available:

• Garden Villa

• Premier Ocean View Villa

• Private Water Villa

Activities include snorkeling among coral reefs, sea turtles, and dolphins.

deserted island

A mysterious island nestled between the main and resort islands. Less is known about its specific attractions, but it's designed for exploration.

points of interest

• Cahaya Temple: Draw fortunes, make wishes, or interact with cats.

• Water taxi service between the islands.

• Beach areas for swimming and surfing.

• Market stalls where Zois can sell items.

new features introduced

The Island Getaway update also brought swimming mechanics, ghost play, 14 new vehicles (motorcycles, scooters), freelancer jobs, and expanded Edit City tools.
