Honor of Kings: World is set to launch on April 4, 2026 in mainland China on PC, iOS, and Android. The release was announced via a Bilibili stream on October 27, 2025, during Honor of Kings' 10th anniversary carnival event in Chengdu, which initially confirmed a Spring 2026 window. The specific April 4 date was subsequently confirmed through official channels and iOS App Store listings.

The China launch covers PC (Windows), iOS, and Android with full cross-platform play and shared servers from day one. Console versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S remain under consideration. Lead Designer Simen Lv has stated in interviews that "console releases are planned for the future" but no dates have been confirmed.
iOS pre-registration is live worldwide through the Apple App Store. Players who pre-register receive notification when the game becomes available in their region and may be eligible for launch rewards. Android pre-registration has been available through various regional app stores.
The April 2026 China launch functions as an open beta, meaning all players in the region can access the game without needing a beta invitation. This follows a series of closed beta tests that ran from October 2024 through February 2026. A final "Zhengming Test" was announced as the last testing phase before the public launch.
A global launch date has not been officially announced as of March 2026. However, multiple indicators point toward a worldwide release:
Level Infinite, Tencent's global publishing brand, is handling international distribution
The game had a major English-language presence at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne, including a playable demo
GDC 2025 featured behind-closed-doors English-language press sessions
Apple Showcase Events at iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 Pro launches demonstrated the game to global audiences
The development team has stated the project was built for a global audience from the ground up
The timing gap between the China launch and a global release has not been specified.
