Overview

Honor of Kings: World launched on PC on April 10, 2026 as a long-term live-service project. The S0 Season (Jixia Chapter) launch content represents roughly one tenth (1/10) of the full map as designed, with additional regions, heroes, and systems scheduled to roll out over subsequent seasons. TiMi Studio Group has publicly described the game as a multi-year project. In the launch-day official Q&A posted on April 11, 2026, the team also committed to a specific season-delivery model: each future season will receive two sub-versions of content. Specific dates for future seasons had not been announced as of April 12, 2026.

What is NOT Publicly Confirmed
Several claims about the post-launch roadmap have circulated in secondary coverage without confirmation from TiMi. Readers should treat the following as unverified until Tencent publishes a formal roadmap document:
Specific version numbers (v1.1, v1.2, v2.0) or dated version drops
A specific level cap increase schedule
Console versions for PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch
Steam or Epic Games Store storefront launches for PC
Specific seasonal cadence (monthly, quarterly) for major content drops
S1 hero names or S0 Phase 2 hero additions
Esports ranked ladder or tournament circuit announcements
Live-Service Commitments
TiMi has stated in public press materials that Honor of Kings: World is intended to be played for years rather than months. The S0 Season launch is framed as the beginning of an ongoing live-service project, with content updates drawn from the broader Honor of Kings universe. The confirmed two-sub-version-per-season model is the clearest single signal of the long-term content cadence. For the launch reception that is shaping post-launch priorities, see Launch Reception. For the history of what has already been delivered, see Development History.
Update: Mobile Launch Confirmed for April 17, 2026
The mobile launch window was updated on April 10, 2026 from the earlier vague 'within April 2026' phrasing to a firm April 17, 2026 date. Pre-download for the mobile client opened April 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM Beijing Time, per and the official post.
All S0 Season content launched on PC is also present on mobile at that date, with cross-save enabled so that PC players can bring their accounts to mobile without re-playing the prologue or re-grinding Resonance bonds. Tencent Cloud Gaming also continues to be a third client option.
Post-Mobile-Launch Priorities
With both endpoints live from April 17, 2026 onward, the remaining launch-window priorities the team has acknowledged in the day-one Q&A thread are:
Intel 13th- and 14th-generation CPU crash fixes on PC
Shader compile stutter optimization on PC
Controller vibration and input loss fix, with custom keybinding returning to the PC client
Mobile-specific optimization for mid-range Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Dimensity devices
Time-stop photography mode, which was teased for the S0 season without a firm date
Week One Report Commitments (S1 and S2)
The production team's Week One Report (first-week summary, 制作组首周汇报) published on April 17, 2026 added three firm commitments to the post-launch roadmap that had previously been phrased in broader language. These are additive to the items already listed above in the Confirmed Upcoming Content section.
Minimap (S1 Season): confirmed in development for the S1 Season. The minimap has to integrate with the world-streaming system that already handles the vertically layered cavern regions, which is the reason the feature is scheduled for a season break rather than a mid-season patch.
Keyboard and mouse custom keybinding (S1 Season): the feature was shipped in the S0 launch build but pulled the same week after a bug was discovered that interfered with combat execution inputs. Custom keybinding will return with the S1 patch.
Gamepad custom keybinding (S2 Season): flagged as taking more runway than the keyboard and mouse path. The target window is the S2 Season rather than S1.
These items are the first content-roadmap commitments from TiMi that have a named season attached rather than a generic 'post-launch' label, and they set a precedent that future roadmap items will be pinned to season boundaries rather than open-ended.
