The Banner of Banners is the Chapter 4 quest to obtain the Ulu-Mulu. Ur-Shak explains that this weapon serves as proof of a warrior's worth and allows the Hero to approach the Orc Enclave.
Collect the four trophies

Fight the Fire Lizard from range to stay clear of its breath. A Shrink Monster scroll can simplify the Great Troll fight; Xardas sells one, though it is expensive. Without it, leave room to roll away from the troll's arm swings and slams.
Find Tarrok in the Free Mine
Travel from the Water Mages' cave into the mountains toward the Free Mine. If the mine has not been recovered, Gorn and Mercenaries wait on the approach, and hostile Shadows occupy the entrance and workings.
Use Gorn's key to enter the control room and turn the wheel right until it locks to open the mine. Inside, reach the puddle and locked metal door. Take the route left and climb through the hole, then follow it to the prison cells guarded by Minecrawler Warriors.
Speak to Tarrok and repeat Ur-Shak's message so he trusts the Hero. Give him the trophies and wait for him to finish making the Ulu-Mulu. The final step is an honorable fight to the death with Tarrok; take the finished weapon afterward. Completion awards 10,000 XP.
Approach the enclave
From Xardas's tower, turn right and cross the bridge. Pass the Orc guard post and take the left fork. Ur-Shak waits by the enclave bridge and explains how to present the Ulu-Mulu at the gate. This completes The Orc Enclave for 2,000 XP and opens The Path Chosen.
