Snaf's Recipe is an early Old Camp side quest that turns a short ingredient hunt into a daily food supply. Snaf cooks at a cauldron on the route toward the Arena. Ask whether he needs help to receive the recipe request.
Collect the ingredients

The cave search can be combined with The Vanished Warder, since Nek's body is in the same area. Watch for Molerats outside the cave instead of treating it as a safe gathering stop.
Return to Snaf
Bring all eight ingredients back to Snaf and use the conversation option confirming they have been collected. The quest awards 100 XP, a Meatbug Ragout, and the Meatbug Ragout Recipe.
Collect the daily meals
After completion, speak to Snaf to collect three free Meatbug Ragouts each day. The recurring meals make this quest useful even if the Hero plans to join another camp. Collect food before leaving on a long trip and complete the task before finalizing a camp admission route. Side Quests lists other nearby jobs that can be combined with the ingredient run.
