The Grudge
Talimun runs one of the top merchant guilds on the continent and moves goods by sea; the guild's books include repairs to a ship called the Zlatan. A former pirate captain with a grudge against a shipping merchant is a pairing the roster sets up without explaining, and nothing published says what happened between them, when it happened, or whether it is settled by the time of the Games. Talimun and Vandahl Trading cover his side of it.
The Black Bird Pirates are named only through him. As of September 2026, this wiki has not documented any other member, whether the crew still exists or what ended his command of it. The word former is the only thing on record about how his leadership finished.
Recruitment
Kiroc can be recruited in Part I on all four paths, and the price is Pure Water: three on Dietrich's and Leda's paths, where his other requirements are also low, and eight on Cai's and Theodora's. He begins to appear in Dagsion around 5/4 on the in-game calendar.
Path | Support level | Renown | Other requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
Cai's path | 3 | 8 | 8 Pure Water |
Dietrich's path | 1 | 4 | 3 Pure Water |
Theodora's path | 3 | 10 | 8 Pure Water |
Leda's path | 1 | 4 | 3 Pure Water |
Notes
The Japanese name is キロイカ, which reads closer to Kiroika than to the English Kiroc. Nothing published explains the difference between the two forms, and this page uses the English one throughout.
What Has Not Been Published
As of September 2026, no official profile, presentation or press release gives Kiroc an age, a homeland, a class, a personal skill or a weapon preference, and this wiki has not documented whether he is fought as an opponent before being recruited. His recruitment conditions are set out above.
