Lady Bee's Palace

Lady Bee's Palace is a boss-arena instance on Skover Island, tuned for level 13 and held by the bee-folk of the Apix Clan. It sits in Honeywood, the forested corner of the island the clan controls, alongside the Trunk of the Hivetree dungeon.

The palace is a seat of power taken by force. After overthrowing her aging mother, Queen Honeyzabeth, Mokshi threw the Apix Clan into a fierce resistance against the returning humans, and she rules from here as Lady Bee.

The Run

The palace runs for parties of one to four players like every other instance, with the standard guarantee that each member leaves with at least one piece of gear. See Dungeons and Instances for the wider system.

It is a two-phase fight rather than a corridor of rooms, and the arena itself is part of it: the honeycomb floor collapses where Lady Bee's honey bombs land, and the cocoon she retreats into has to be brought down with a honey cannon rather than with normal attacks.

Rewards

Lady Bee's signature rewards are the thrown weapon Ipheion, Star Blossom, the sword Beefury, Blessed Blade of the Farseeker, and the Nescentine Leggybug mount. The rarer Zerzurean Leggybug sits below them on the same table.

The palace shares its loot table structure with Honeyzabeth's Hivetrunk: both hand out the Apix materials Diaphanous Wings, Glossy Chitin, Honey and Royal Jelly, and both keep a Mote of Mely at the bottom. Instance Details
