Skyblazer Leather Gloves is a Mythical Leather Armor gloves piece in Crimson Desert, and the gloves slot of the Skyblazer Armor Set. Leather gloves worn by Balthazar, the Wyvernflame. The blood-red leather across the knuckles glints with a vivid hue amidst the dancing flames. They are tempered to withstand both searing heat and the concussive force of a blast.
Of the four Skyblazer Armor Set pieces, the gloves are the only piece that does not require Focused Force Palm. The cave entrance is a water curtain that opens to a Stab attack instead, which any character can perform from the start of the game. That makes the gloves grabbable before Chapter 4, provided you are confident enough to make the cross-Dewhaven trek.

Found inside the Serpent Scale Cave behind a waterfall in Dewhaven, roughly 930 m southeast of the Sanctum of Devotion. Entry requires a charged Stab through the water curtain; no story flag or special skill is otherwise needed.
Prerequisites: None beyond a basic Stab attack and a way to cross the distance. Having Focused Aerial Roll and a horse makes the trip much faster, but neither is required.
Set off from the top of the central tower at the Sanctum of Devotion. The cave is approximately 930 m from here, which is the longest single hop in the full Skyblazer pickup route.
Before you leave the sanctum area, grab the nearby fast travel point if you have not already. The sanctum is worth a return trip later for its Cuckoo crafting blueprints, recipes, and the core that one of those recipes needs.
Gain height with a couple of aerial force jumps, then launch into the air and use Focused Aerial Roll to zoom toward the cave marker. Watch for a forested area and a lake along the way.
When the forest comes into view, drop down and call your horse. Follow the road as it bends toward the cave; the elevation change on foot is friendlier than the terrain in the air.
Another fast travel point sits in this forest area; pick it up on the way for quick returns later.
About 200 m before the marker the road splits. Look for a small waterfall with a tiny stone stack at its base. The stone stack is the cue that the falls hide a cave entrance.
Stand at the base of the falls. Use a charged Stab (R1 + Triangle on PlayStation, held to charge) to punch through the water curtain. A regular sword swing will just bounce off; the input must be the Stab specifically.
Walk deeper into the cave. The chest at the back holds the Skyblazer Leather Gloves. A Alchemy Formula: Refined Palmar Pill also tends to spawn nearby, so loot the chamber fully before backing out.
Standing inside the falling water deals minor environmental damage, so keep a decent health pool topped up if you plan to linger. No combat is involved otherwise; the cave is unguarded.
The gloves' two default Spirit Recovery Abyss Gear sockets make them especially valuable for builds that rely on frequent ability use. They pair naturally with the Skyblazer Cloth Armor's Stamina Regen perk for a mobile, dodge-heavy melee playstyle, and with bow builds that lean on Charge Shot or Focus Shot for sustained ranged pressure.
For an extra-thematic option, swap these out for the Combat Godsplate Gloves from the Bone Pit arena quest in the Tash Kalp region. Those gloves carry a lightning visual on each strike, leaning the silhouette of the wider Skyblazer Armor Set into a thunder-god look, and bring their own strong Abyss Gear sockets so the swap is competitive on stats.
Leather armor provides a balance between protection and mobility, sitting between Cloth Armor and Chain Mail in terms of defensive capability and weight. Equipment can be improved through the Equipment Refinement system at a Blacksmiths. These gloves start at Refinement 4 like the rest of the Skyblazer set, so they hit endgame stat parity without an upfront materials investment.
