Overview

Invaders from the East is a main quest in Crimson Desert and the seventh mission of Chapter 10: Counterattack, part of the Greater Firepower sub-chapter. The eastern invasion force arrives sooner than expected, attacking settlements in the Delesyia region. Kliff and the Greymanes deploy to defend the region, using both personal combat and the ATAG mech to repel the invaders.

Objectives

1. Deploy to the eastern settlement under attack

2. Defend the settlement against three waves of eastern soldiers

3. Board the ATAG to repel the armored vanguard

4. Secure the border post

Walkthrough

The quest begins with a deployment sequence. Ride to the eastern settlement where enemy forces are already engaged with local defenders. The first two waves are handled on foot with standard combat. Use your best weapons and skills to clear the infantry.

In the third wave, an armored vanguard of heavy enemy units arrives. A prompt appears to board the ATAG. Switch to the mech and use the cannon and ram to break through the armored formation. The EMP is useful for disabling their siege equipment.

After the third wave, clear the remaining stragglers and secure the border post. A brief cutscene shows the Greymanes establishing a defensive perimeter.

Tips

• Save your best healing items for the on-foot waves. The ATAG sequence has its own health bar and does not draw from your personal inventory.

• During the ATAG segment, prioritize the siege equipment. If it reaches the settlement walls, the quest becomes significantly harder.

• The eastern soldiers use poison-tipped weapons. Bring antidote items or wear poison-resistant equipment for the on-foot portions.
