Despite being classified as a plate cloak, the Hernand Ceremonial Guard Cloak is described here with Ice Resistance. The older Fire Resistance rule for plate armor is not universal; named items differ, such as Skyblazer Cloth Cloak with Fire Resistance Lv.5.
