Grilled Meat is a recovery item (provision) in Crimson Desert. Its in-game description reads: "This thick cut of meat is grilled over a flame until golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. The smoky aroma enhances its rich flavor, making it a convenient and satisfying protein packed meal." Grilled Meat is widely considered the most resource-efficient healing food in the game and is a staple for boss fights throughout the entire campaign.

Any raw meat type works in this recipe: Tough Meat, Lean Meat, Fine Meat, Tender Meat, or Marbled Meat. The quality of the raw meat does not affect the resulting Grilled Meat's stats. Always use the cheapest meat available to maximize efficiency.
To cook Grilled Meat, find a bonfire, campfire, or cooking pot. These are located inside and just outside most cities and towns. Approach the cooking station and select "Cook" to open the recipe menu. Navigate to the Grilled items submenu, select Grilled Meat, choose how many you want to make, and press "Make."
The first cooking station you encounter is in Hernand Town, immediately to the right of the butchery vendor. The Greymane Camp also has a cooking area that is accessible from early in the game.
Grilled Meat costs only 1 raw meat and restores 80 HP. Compare this to Hearty Grilled Meat, which costs 10 raw meat but only restores 220 HP. With 10 pieces of raw meat, you can make 10 Grilled Meats for a total of 800 HP restored, versus just 220 HP from one Hearty Grilled Meat. Since food items can be consumed every 2 seconds during combat, quantity beats potency.
For Chapter 5 boss fights and beyond, bring at least 100 Grilled Meats to ensure you have enough sustain. Late-game bosses may require even more.
Buy the cheapest raw meat from the butchery in Hernand Town and cook it all into Grilled Meat. The vendor restocks every night at 0:00 in-game time.
Hunting groups of deer yields 3 to 4 meat each. Riding through the woods on horseback and attacking animal groups is a fast farming method.
Starting in Chapter 7, a second meat vendor becomes available in Pailune, doubling your daily purchase capacity.
Keep Grilled Meat in an easily accessible inventory slot for quick consumption during combat.
Grilled Meat does not provide any elemental resistance. If you need Fire or Ice Resistance for a specific encounter, consider cooking Battered Fish (Fire Res) or Clear Soup (Ice Res) alongside your Grilled Meat supply.
