Overview
The Japanese voice cast for Beast of Reincarnation was first revealed on June 7, 2026, during a developer interview with director Kota Furushima that aired at the PC Gaming Show. The reveal confirmed nine voice actors and named Yui Ishikawa as the voice of protagonist Emma. The game ships with Japanese voice acting; full language and subtitle support is listed on the store pages.
At the time of the reveal, only Emma's actor was paired with a specific character. The remaining eight cast members were announced as an ensemble, with their character assignments not yet disclosed.

Yui Ishikawa is known for voicing 2B in NieR: Automata and Mikasa Ackerman in Attack on Titan. Akio Otsuka is widely recognized as the Japanese voice of Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series.
Reveal Details
The cast was announced alongside fresh gameplay and story details in a recorded interview segment. Furushima discussed the game's world, narrative, and the bond between Emma and Koo. The interview reiterated that Emma is a "Blightborn" outcast who lacks memory and emotion, and that the pair travel west to confront the Beast of Reincarnation, the source of all blight.
