Nuemera
July 4, 2026 at 11:30 PM
Added Bovarks, Pendicis, Pendicis Caestos, and Vulture to the bestiary and updated the flying-fish note (Pendicis is now fightable)
Nuemera are monsters created by Nyx. They are the enemies Juno encounters across the game and form the standard antagonist faction.
Nuemera are normally highly aggressive, posing a serious danger to anyone without a Divine weapon. Strangely, after Juno weaved the Nyx Nest near Lyhamn, the local Nuemera remained in the area but turned passive, only attacking when provoked. This change ties to the larger pattern of weaving acts cleansing or quieting an area's corruption.
Names in italics are unofficial, taken from the development community for enemies that have no in-game name yet.

The Aether flying-fish Nuemera, the Pendicis, is now fully fightable: it appears in the Trial of Aether and several other areas, and its enraged sidequest form is the boss Pendicis Caestos. New Nuemera continue to be added to the world as fresh regions open up, so some creatures glimpsed in promotional material may not yet be encounterable.
Most Nuemera have a Break Bar; filling it puts the target into a Break State, where it takes increased damage for a short window.
Some Nuemera resist a damage type and are weak to another. Switching between Divine weapons mid-fight is the cleanest way to react to those weaknesses.
Nuemera drop essences used by Artificers to upgrade or craft gems, though that crafting flow is not yet implemented.
