007 First Light ships with a large catalog of unlockable outfits for Bond. Outfits are tied to edition pre-orders, cross-promotional partnerships (Hitman: World of Assassination), regional Coca-Cola tie-ins, community wishlist milestones, and the Tactical Simulation Mode store. The default in-mission wardrobe rotates contextually (tuxedo for galas, tactical gear for Iceland and Antarctica), and player-selected outfits override that wardrobe.
Design and Authenticity
IO Interactive detailed its approach to Bond's wardrobe in the "Designing Bond's Outfits" episode of its Beyond the Light developer diary series. Franchise Art Director Rasmus Poulsen and Lead and Senior Character Artist Beatrice Harty led the outfit work, joined by costume designer Suttirat Anne Larlarb and the British clothing brand Orlebar Brown as a design partner. The team's stated aim was to capture the look and feel of Bond's outfits with an authentic, timeless wardrobe for the young agent.

In August 2026, IO Interactive set the next community wishlist milestone goal: if total wishlists reach 7 million, players with a linked IO Interactive Account will be able to meet Jack the Bulldog in the Tactical Simulation Mode lobby. As of mid-August 2026 the milestone had not been confirmed as reached, and the reward was not yet available.

Tactical Simulation Store
The Tactical Simulation Mode store carries an additional roster of outfits unlocked through Clearance Level progression and purchased with Intel currency. Examples include Kensington Outfit, Chessmaster Suit, Purple Tuxedo, Agent Outfit, Funeral Outfit, Resort Casual, and others spanning formal to tactical styles. The TacSim store roster rotates featured items. Update 1.1.0 (July 24, 2026) added the Diamond in the Rough outfit, unlocked at Clearance Level 18 and priced at 3,000 Intel, alongside three new weapon rewards.

In-Mission Wardrobe
Without a player-selected override, Bond wears a contextual default tied to the mission setting. The Iceland prologue defaults to tactical cold-weather gear. The Malta training segments default to fitted casual wear. The London nightclub mission defaults to evening formal. The Kensington museum gala defaults to tuxedo. The Antarctica chapter defaults to cold-weather tactical gear. Outfit selection from the wardrobe menu overrides the default.
Twitch Drops (Ended June 23, 2026)
Three outfits were available as Twitch Drops during the launch window. To earn them, a player links a Twitch account to an IO Interactive Account and watches eligible 007 First Light streams for the required time. All three are usable in Tactical Simulation Mode. The claim window ran until June 23, 2026 (09:59) and has closed.
Outfit | How to Earn |
|---|---|
Purple Suit | Watch one hour of eligible 007 First Light Twitch streams |
Silent Line | Watch two hours of eligible 007 First Light Twitch streams |
Resplendent Death | Watch eligible streams from IO Interactive creator-program channels |
Linking a Twitch account to a valid IO Interactive Account is required for the Drops to register, and the claim deadline was June 23, 2026 (09:59).
Twitch Campaign: Resplendent Death Returns (August 2026)
In August 2026, IO Interactive opened a new Twitch campaign for the Resplendent Death outfit, returning it to circulation after the June window closed. To earn it, link an IO Interactive Account with a Twitch account, watch any 007 First Light creator on Twitch for one hour, and claim the reward for free. The campaign was live as of mid-August 2026, and no end date has been announced.

IO Interactive Account Reward Skins
Signing up for an IO Interactive Account and signing in within the game grants the On Duty outfit skin (also listed in the table above) and the Gilded Wraith weapon skin. These are account rewards rather than purchases, and the weapon skin applies to a gadget or firearm rather than to Bond's wardrobe.
