This page lists the outstanding known issues in 007 First Light as of the latest update. The list is not exhaustive: it covers the most common or impactful problems IO Interactive is actively tracking, along with any available workarounds. The roster below reflects the live build 1.0.1 and was last updated by IO Interactive on May 29, 2026. For the changelog of what each patch has fixed, see the Day One Patch page.
These problems are present in the current version of the game.

The IO Interactive Account sign-in problem is the one most likely to affect reward unlocks, because the Outfits reward skins and the Twitch Drops both require a working, linked IO Interactive Account.
The Mauritania texture issue is specific to the enhanced PlayStation 5 Pro hardware and the Aleph area.
The Obsidian Gold Suit not being granted is tracked here as an entitlement issue rather than as a collectible; it is the same suit listed among the edition rewards on the Outfits page.
IO Interactive directs players who hit a problem that is not listed here to the official bug-report form, and maintains a separate archive of resolved issues. The fixes shipped so far are summarized on the Day One Patch page.
