Append ingredient sourcing, meta role, recipe source conflict note
Seafood Platter is a epic-tier cooked dish in Windrose. A rich seafood spread that pushes the player's maximum health ceiling well above baseline. Vitality is the survivability stat, and the +20 buff is the tank-DPS hybrid build's favorite meal.

Lime: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Fish Fillet: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Crab Meat: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Salt: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Windrose allows exactly two active food buffs at once. Eating a third cooked dish overwrites the oldest active buff. Raw food still fills the hunger meter but grants no stat buff. See Food and Potions for the full ruleset.
Pair this dish with armor sets and weapon choices that scale with Vitality. For cross-stat stacking, see Attributes and Stats and the Cooking Recipes overview table.
Fish Fillet: fishing at coastal waters; the primary dedicated fishing-loop yield.
Crab Meat: harvested from beach crabs in the Coastal Jungle. Watch out for giant crab variants in the later Coastal Jungle routes.
Lime: Foothills lime trees, often near giant unchoppable trees.
Salt: sea caches + Tortuga vendor; the common-denominator ingredient across all Epic dishes.
Seafood Platter is the Epic Vitality dish and the single most-cooked Epic in boss-prep loadouts. NeonLightsMedia labels it "Best Vitality food in the game" and "boss survival food." method.gg estimates the +20 Vitality adds roughly 260 Max HP at level, which is the specific figure quoted most often in community tier lists. Pair with Gazpacho for Vitality + Agility when running a Saber tank-hybrid, or with Coffee for Vitality + Endurance on halberd builds.
Mobalytics and method.gg agree on 3 Crab Meat + 4 Lime + 7 Fish Fillet + 4 Salt. Dexerto lists 4 Crab Meat + 4 Lime + 8 Fish Fillet + 4 Salt. The 3/4/7/4 pattern is the two-source majority and is what this article uses. Do not expect exact costs to match in-game if Dexerto is the only reference open.
Cooking Fire + Cutting Table + Cookware Shelf. Fishing infrastructure is a parallel requirement; see Fishing for the Fish Fillet pipeline.
