Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner

The Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner is the faction vendor for the Rogue Buccaneers. The Provisioner is the single most important vendor for cannon progression: all three calibers (12, 24, 36-Pounders) and all three tiers (Tempered, Perfectly Ordered, Devastating) sell here. It is also the exclusive buyer of animal-head trophies.

Locations

• Rogue Buccaneers Main Base, a remote island reached via the Buccaneers / Glorious Hunters questline. The Provisioner stands beside the Bounty Agent and Buyer inside the same camp.

• Some reports place a Rogue Buccaneers representative on Tortuga as well, primarily for faction rep turn-ins rather than main-stock vending.

Currency

The Rogue Buccaneers prefer Piastre for most items; Guineas are required for certain building cosmetics and flag style books.

This Provisioner sells the three armor sets designed for a light-leather, high-mobility or sustain archetype. The Flibustier Set is the core one-handed-melee set (2P -20% attack stamina, 4P +15% one-handed damage). The Tracker Set is the support/sustain set (2P +35% healing effectiveness, 4P +15% damage resistance).

The cannon progression gates at Tier 2, 3, and 4 are an important mid-to-late game milestone. Ships that plan to mount 24-Pounders need Buccaneers Tier 3, and Blackbeard Frigate builds targeting 36-Pounders need Tier 4. See Cannons for the per-cannon breakdown.

The Rogue Buccaneers are the only faction that purchases animal-head trophies (Boar, Wolf, Mountain Goat, Crocodile, Dodo, Crab). Those trophies do not sell at the Tortuga waterfront buyer.
