Plans: Mahogany Staircases and Railings is a recipe paper in Windrose. Learning it adds a set of mahogany and stone vertical-traversal and barrier pieces to the build menu: staircases, railings, balusters, and fences in the Spanish Caribbean architectural style.

This plan belongs to the Spanish Caribbean building set. Like every recipe paper, it is a schematic: you learn it once at your base, after which the pieces it teaches become available in the build menu. The paper itself is sold by the People of Tortuga Provisioner, whose schematic stock unlocks as your reputation with that faction rises. Reputation is earned by handing the faction's Bounty Agent the insignias and letters of favor that drop from fallen pirates.
