How It Works

The paper is consumed on reading and adds every listed seat to the build menu permanently for that character, with no further fee. The unlock is per character, so members of a shared base each need a copy; reading a second copy has no effect.

• Benches without backrests work well along a wall or table edge; armchairs suit a study or captain's quarters.

• Keep a duplicate paper as a barter chip until a shared base has read the whole Spanish Caribbean set, then sell it for Piastre.
