The Infused form doubles the duration of the base elixir from 15 to 30 minutes while keeping the same critical damage bonus. This upgraded recipe is gated behind the Distiller, an upgrade extender that snaps onto the Alchemy Table: once a Distiller is placed in range, the recipe unlocks on the base station's own craft list, so you still brew it at the Alchemy Table. Bromeliad is a common swamp plant and Tear of Sorrow is a rare drop from Plague Crushers in the Cursed Swamps.
Producing an Infused Elixir of Concentration is a two-step process. First brew the base Elixir of Concentration, then refine it with swamp reagents at an Alchemy Table that has a Distiller attached.

The infused recipe uses one base Elixir of Concentration plus three Bromeliad and two Tear of Sorrow per batch, with no craft time, so refining is limited only by your reagent stock.
If the infused recipe is missing from your Alchemy Table, you have not yet built and placed a Distiller within its extender footprint. The Distiller is the swamp-tier alchemy extender that unlocks distilled and infused reagent recipes on the base station.
