Overview

Fermentation Barrel is a refining craft station in Windrose. A refining station used for fermentation. Produces alcohol bases including Rum Bottle, Whiskey, Brandy, Madeira, and their variant products.

Placement Strategy

The Fermentation Barrel is the dedicated alcohol-production station. Every grog recipe on the Alchemy Table routes through a bottled alcohol made here: Rum Bottle, Whiskey, Brandy, and Madeira are the four most common outputs, and the Reagent Table alchemy extender reads its gating materials from this station's products. Sugarcane, Corn, and seasonally-grown crops are the typical fermentation inputs.

Tips

• Build the Fermentation Barrel before the Reagent Table Alchemy extender. Two Rum Bottles are on the Reagent Table's material list.

• The barrel does not require a roof or outdoor placement, so it slots flexibly into any camp layout.

• Rum Bottle is the most-used Fermentation Barrel output across grog, healing, and provision recipes; keep a stock of at least 10 at any camp.
