Overview

Cookware Shelf is a cookingcraft station in Windrose. An upgrade extender for the Cooking Fire that unlocks pot-and-pan recipes: stews, broths, and boil-based meals.

Cookware Shelf is an upgrade extender that snaps to a Cooking Fire. Placing it inside the base station's extender footprint unlocks the recipes gated behind this extender on the base station's own craft list. It does not craft items on its own; the base station handles all recipes.

Placement Strategy

The Cookware Shelf is the mid-tier Cooking extender. Its craft-gating materials (Copper Pot and Clay Pot) both come from the Workbench using Copper Ingot and Clay respectively, so the build order runs Workbench first, then Cookware Shelf, then the longer stew recipes it unlocks on the Cooking Fire.

Recipes Unlocked

The Cookware Shelf is the mid-tier cooking extender on the Cooking Fire. It opens the pot-and-pan recipe family: stews, broths, and other boil-based meals that need a Copper Pot or Clay Pot to cook. These dishes usually take diced or filleted ingredients, so attaching it after the Cutting Table gives the smoothest recipe flow.

Tips

• Craft the Copper Pot and Clay Pot at the Workbench before starting the Cookware Shelf.

• Attach the Cookware Shelf after the Cutting Table. Stews typically take diced or filleted ingredients that the Cutting Table unlocks first.

• Place the shelf within reach of the Cooking Fire silhouette; extenders that overlap other furniture will refuse to snap.

Unlocking and Discovery

The Cookware Shelf plan is part of the iron-tier discovery group that also opens iron tools, crafting-station upgrades, and larger ship cannons. It lines up with the Foothills stage and its Iron Ore.
