Boar Tusk drops from the Boar family, including the female Sow and the more aggressive Savage Boar and Charging Boar variants. Boars charge in a straight line, so sidestep the rush and strike as they overshoot. If you would rather buy than hunt, Merchant: Animal Products stocks the tusk for 40 Piastre.

Hunting boars yields more than tusks. The same kills can drop Boar Bristle for crafting, the Boar Head trophy used in the Trophy Boar decoration, and raw Meat for cooking. Tusks stack to 30 and weigh 0.5 each, so a long boar hunt fills a stack quickly while staying light to carry.
