Neona is a mechanic and vehicle seller who runs G-Power Bike, the vehicle shop on the main road near Half-Moon Bay. She grew up at sea with her grandfather, where she developed her love for machinery and tinkering with engines. Before settling on Starsand Island, she was the leader of a motorcycle club. She now channels that mechanical expertise into her shop, selling vehicles, blueprints, rentals, and custom paint jobs.
Neona is one of 15 romanceable characters. Her confident, thrill-seeking personality and biker-girl edge set her apart from the island's other romance options.
Neona is confident, brash, and direct — much more so than most of Starsand's other romanceable characters. She chases the thrill of a fast motorcycle ride and loves tinkering with heavy machinery. Despite the tough exterior, she has a genuine side that comes through once you earn her trust. She incorporates Cantonese slang into her speech and carries a glamorous-yet-rugged style that players have described as "the ultimate cool girl." She is also interested in researching new power sources using the island's renewable resources, showing an environmentally conscious side alongside her love of gasoline-powered machines.
Neona can usually be found at G-Power Bike, located on the main road near Half-Moon Bay, east of the player's home. The shop is open from 08:00 to 22:00. When she is not behind the counter, she may be riding her motorbike around the island's cliffs or roaming the main part of town.
Her bedroom is located above G-Power Bike, but you need at least 3 hearts before you can go up.
Once you have interacted with Neona, her contact appears in your phone's Social app.

She posts Bulletin Board requests that grant between 15 and 25 Affection Points when completed. Her shop is also essential for completing certain quests that require boats or vehicles to reach distant locations.
Neona triggers a special meet-cute cutscene the first time you encounter her. Her romance arc offers a spark of danger and excitement — players have described it as "security with a side of thrilling bad decisions." Her confident, brash personality makes her a refreshing contrast to the island's gentler romance options.
At Heart Level 3, you can enter her bedroom above G-Power Bike, which contains a treasure chest with exclusive decor. At Heart Level 5, you can ask her to move in with you. She will then help around the farm — clearing debris, tending animals, and watering plants.
