The Jam Maker is a crafting station in Starsand Island that converts fruit and sugar into fruit jams. These jams serve as cooking ingredients for mid-tier and high-tier recipes, particularly desserts and pastries. The Jam Maker Blueprint is available from the Happiness Seed Shop after reaching Junior Farmer certification.
Complete Graminova's Junior Farmer trial quests to unlock the Jam Maker Blueprint for purchase at the Happiness Seed Shop. Build it at your Worktable and place it near your kitchen or cooking area.
Load the Jam Maker with fruit and sugar:

The Jam Maker processes the inputs over time (similar to the Brewing Barrel) and produces fruit jam. Different fruits may produce different jam varieties. Jams are not edible on their own; they are intermediate cooking ingredients used in recipes that call for jam or fruit preserves.

Build the Jam Maker alongside the Brewing Barrel and Pickling Jar. All three unlock at Junior Farmer and together they cover the full range of intermediate cooking ingredients.
Keep a steady supply of Sugarcane growing. Sugar is required for every jam batch, and Sugarcane is an all-season crop.
Process excess fruit into jam rather than selling raw fruit. Jam is often more valuable as a cooking ingredient for high-tier dishes.
Build multiple Jam Makers if you cook frequently. Like the Brewing Barrel, production is time-based, so parallel processing speeds up your supply.
