Firtho is a 4-star Radiatio (Radiation) character with the Guardian attribute in Silver Palace. She is a doctor at The Corner Clinic and her title is "The Medical Lancet."

Appearance

Firtho has short dark hair and golden eyes with light blue pupils. She wears a red and black dress under a white lab coat. Medical-themed design elements include a beating heart with a syringe on her left shoulder, surgical scissors, and a red wax heart seal.

Combat

Her primary weapon is a red saw cleaver that is a chainsaw. During QTE sequences, she jabs syringes filled with unidentified liquid into enemies. Her attacks incorporate both her cleaver and medical implements in an unsettling combination of healing imagery and violence.

Backstory

The wiki describes Firtho as "a cold and mean doctor who conducts medical research in secret chambers." She suffers from a congenital illness that requires keeping a life-sustaining device on her body at all times. This chronic condition may inform her drive toward medical research and her blunt personality.

Her quote: "Life has not been kind to me. Death, on the other hand... has been a truer friend."

Element And Class

Firtho channels the Radiatio (Radiation) element, one of the seven combat elements in Silver Palace. As a Guardian-class character (see Character Classes), she trades the Outlaw archetype's mobility for elevated durability and front-line presence. Where Lorin (Fulmen Guardian) controls crowds with electric AoE, Firtho's Radiatio kit leans into damage-over-time and debuff application, giving party builders two distinct flavors of Guardian to slot against different encounter types.

Workplace And Independence

Firtho practices at The Corner Clinic, a small Silvernia medical facility, and the wiki describes her as conducting medical research in private chambers behind it. She is not formally tied to any of the major factions (River Constabulary, MISS, House Luna, the Fableborne, corporate monopolies, or cultists); her allegiances appear to be to the work itself rather than to any institution. This independence makes her a useful recruit for the Detective precisely because her professional reputation does not implicate her in any one faction's agenda.

Combat Mechanics

Firtho's red saw cleaver doubles as a chainsaw, and her QTE windows let her switch in syringes loaded with unidentified compounds for follow-up jabs. The combination of medical implements and brutal cutting weapons is a recurring Silver Palace design pattern: characters whose surface roles (maid, doctor, bartender, dancer) hide aggressive combat kits. Her stun-pressure plus DOT pressure pairs well with execution-finisher openers from teammates (see Combat System).

Team Composition Notes

On Resonance-leaning teams (see Resonance), pure-Radiatio synergies are limited until more Radiatio characters are confirmed in future beta rounds. Mixed teams typically bring Firtho as the second front-liner alongside a non-Guardian element-matched party, or as the lone Guardian on rotation builds that prioritize swap pressure over sustained tank duty. Her congenital illness and dependence on a life-sustaining device do not appear to gate any of her combat capabilities; the device is part of her character design and quote material rather than a kit-affecting mechanic.
