Create Clear Bell article with crafting recipe, unlock conditions, and Ho-Oh summoning instructions
The Clear Bell is a craftable key item in Pokemon Pokopia used to summon Ho-Oh. Its in-game description reads: "An old-fashioned bell that makes a gentle ringing sound. Ring it in an open space to call Ho-Oh." Crafting the Clear Bell requires befriending all three Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, and Suicune) first.
The Clear Bell recipe becomes available after you befriend all three Legendary Beasts:

Craft the Clear Bell at a Workbench.
Go to an open outdoor area.
Place the Clear Bell on the ground.
Wait for Ho-Oh to appear flying overhead.
Ring the bell. Ho-Oh will descend and register in your Pokedex.
