S-Class Arcs

Added Arc icons for the three limited Arcs to the list table (2026-08-06)
S-Class Arcs are the highest rarity weapons in Neverness to Everness. Twenty-three S-Class Arcs were confirmed at the April 29, 2026 global launch; post-launch versions have added three limited S-Class Arcs (What's Desired in Version 1.1, Blushing Mirage and The Wrong Gate in Version 1.2), bringing the total to twenty-six. These weapons pair the strongest base attack values and secondary stat rolls in the game with passive effects that often define a character's combat ceiling. Every S-Class Arc comes from the Scarborough Fair gacha, subject to a soft pity at 60 pulls and a 25 percent chance that a soft-pity S-Class will be the current featured banner weapon.
Arcs are not locked to specific Espers. Any Caster can equip any Arc regardless of whose banner it debuted on. That flexibility matters because signature passives generally scale best on their intended owner, but fallback picks with high base ATK or a strong secondary roll still outperform mismatched builds on nearly every character.
Base ATK and secondary stat values reflect Level 80 maximum across the full Arc pool, including S-Class, A-Class, and B-Class rarities.

Obtained through the Resolve Special Arc Research Program during its window. | |
| 570 | ATK | 30% | Limited Arc from Version 1.2 Phase 2; Iroi's signature. Reverie Gate passive: raises ATK 16%; when the wearer heals, allies deal 15% more DMG and the wearer's Anima DMG rises 30% for 20 seconds. Obtained through the Dreamgate Special Arc Research Program during its window. |
A handful of S-Class Arcs deserve a closer look because they shape tier lists and show up in nearly every team-building guide. Each one pairs a strong stat line with a passive that targets a specific role or build archetype.
Camellia Society: 666 base ATK with 12% CRIT Rate. Silent Garden: stacking CRIT DMG windows when HP drops without taking enemy damage.
Youthful Fantasy: 570 base ATK with 30% ATK. Black Tome chain-sealing debuff on Critical Dodges and Parries.
Contemplative Cat: 512 base ATK with 44% CRIT DMG. Stacking Cosmos DMG bonus per 100,000 Fons held, up to 45% at 1 million.
Your Happiness Is Priceless: 512 base ATK with 38.5% DEF. Random defensive buff on Ultimate; highest survivability S-Class.
Day Off: 512 base ATK with 33% Charge Efficiency. Only S-Rank Charge Efficiency roll; best for rotation-dependent supports.
Good Boy's Grand Adventure: 474 base ATK with 45% ATK. Team ATK buff on Ultimate use with Ultimate charge rate bonus.
Eternal Waltz: 424 base ATK with 41.25% HP. Outlier HP-scaling Arc for survival compositions.
Ready-Ready: 512 base ATK with 27.5% ATK. Commander Tiger Talisman: Boss DMG bonus after chaining Skill and Ultimate within 15 seconds.
Raging Flames: 666 base ATK with 24% CRIT DMG. Headless Rider passive grants +15% Lakshana DMG (+25% at R5), plus +10% Redirect Skill and Ultimate DMG for 10 seconds after each Ultimate cast (+20% at R5), with a stacking +5% Redirect Skill DMG per cast during the window up to 2 stacks (+9% per stack at R5). The premier signature for Lakshana carries that lean on Ultimate-Redirect Skill burst windows.
Refinement on an S-Class Arc raises the numerical strength of the named passive at each rank from R1 (base) to R5 (max). Refinement requires duplicate copies of the same Arc, which is rare for S-Class options because limited banner pity is shared across the gacha pool. The full per-rank scaling for the build-defining S-Class passive that has been left undocumented elsewhere is listed below.
Increases Lakshana DMG. Increases the wearer's Redirect Skill and Ultimate DMG for 10 seconds after casting Ultimate. Increases Redirect Skill DMG per cast while active, up to 2 stacks. R1 base values: +15% Lakshana DMG, +10% Redirect Skill / Ultimate DMG (10s), +5% per stack during the window.
Level | Lakshana DMG | Redirect Skill / Ult DMG (10s) | Per-Stack Redirect Skill DMG |
|---|---|---|---|
R1 | +15% | +10% | +5% |
R2 | +17.5% | +12.5% | +6% |
R3 | +20% | +15% | +7% |
R4 | +22.5% | +17.5% | +8% |
R5 | +25% | +20% | +9% |
Best on Lakshana DPS characters whose rotation centers on chaining Redirect Skills inside the Ultimate window. The 10-second buff window plus the 2-stack maximum reward casting at least two Redirect Skills per Ultimate cycle. At R5 with both stacks consumed, the total Redirect Skill DMG bonus during the window is +20% (window buff) + +18% (2 × +9% stacks) on top of the always-on +25% Lakshana DMG.
S-Class Arcs drop from the Scarborough Fair weapon banner. The pity system for Arcs runs separately from the character banner. Key rules:
The three limited Arcs are the exception: each is available only through its dedicated Arc Research Program while its banner window runs (Pursuit Special for What's Desired, Resolve Special for Blushing Mirage, Dreamgate Special for The Wrong Gate), with copies obtained by spending Tri-Keys or the program's dedicated keys.
Soft pity activates at 60 pulls, guaranteeing an S-Class Arc on the next pull.
Every 10-pull guarantees at least one A-Class or higher Arc, which still feeds the pity counter toward a soft-pity S-Class.
On a limited featured banner, the guaranteed S-Class has a 25 percent chance of being the promoted Arc and a 75 percent chance of being a standard pool S-Class. Neverness to Everness does not have a 50/50 split for character banners, but the Arc banner does use a weighted roll.
Refinement requires duplicate copies of the same Arc; each duplicate advances refinement by one rank, up to R5.
Not every character needs a Rank 1 S-Class Arc. Several A-Class Arcs at higher refinement levels outperform unrefined S-Class options for specific roles. Mind Royale at R5 is the go-to budget weapon for stagger-oriented Casters, and Watch Your Heads! remains competitive for Lakshana DPS comps thanks to its CRIT DMG and reaction-scaling passive. For free-to-play accounts, refining an A-Class Arc that matches a main carry's scaling stat is usually a better investment than chasing a second S-Class limited banner.
Prioritize the S-Class Arc whose passive matches your current main DPS. Mismatched passives rarely pay off, even at high base ATK.
Save premium gacha currency for Arc banners featuring weapons for the Esper you plan to main. Spending pity on a support Arc while running a carry team wastes pity counter value.
Check the Arc loadout preview before committing to a refinement. Some passives look strong on paper but stall on characters whose rotations do not trigger the conditional windows.
Claim every free Arc from story, events, and pre-launch campaigns before spending pulls. Free A-Class Arcs like The Forgotten save a full pity cycle worth of pulls.
Match the secondary stat to the role. DPS Casters want CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, or ATK rolls; tanks and healers benefit more from HP, DEF, or Charge Efficiency.
