Arcs are the weapons used by Casters in Neverness to Everness. Unlike traditional weapon systems where players craft or loot gear, Arcs are obtained primarily through the Scarborough Fair gacha system. Each Arc provides a base ATK stat alongside a secondary stat that shapes a character's build. Arcs come in three rarity tiers: S-Rank, A-Rank, and B-Rank. Higher-rank Arcs generally offer stronger base stats and more impactful passive abilities.
This page serves as a comprehensive reference for every confirmed Arc in the game. For an overview of how Arcs work within the combat system, including equipping, upgrading, and synergy with Casters, see the Arcs and Weapons article. For details on lower-rarity options, the B-Class Arcs page covers budget picks and starter recommendations.
How to Obtain Arcs
The primary method for acquiring Arcs is pulling on the Scarborough Fair banner system. Arc pulls operate on a separate pity system from character pulls. Key details:
Soft pity kicks in at 60 pulls, guaranteeing an S-Rank Arc.
Each 10-pull guarantees at least one A-Rank or higher Arc.
There is a 25% chance that the guaranteed S-Rank will be the featured limited Arc on the current banner.
B-Rank Arcs can also drop from standard pulls and are available as rewards from some gameplay modes.
Some Arcs can be obtained through events, story progression, and the in-game shop.
Understanding Arc Stats
Every Arc has two main statistical components that determine its effectiveness in combat:

Base ATK: The flat attack power provided by the Arc at maximum level. This value is added directly to the Caster's ATK stat. S-Rank Arcs range from 424 to 666 base ATK, A-Rank Arcs range from 395 to 555, and B-Rank Arcs range from 316 to 380.
Secondary Stat: A percentage or flat bonus to a specific attribute. Common secondary stats include ATK%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, HP%, DEF%, Charge Efficiency, and Break Intensity. The secondary stat plays a major role in which Casters benefit most from a given Arc.
In general, Arcs with higher base ATK tend to have lower secondary stat values and vice versa. For example, Camellia Society has the highest base ATK of 666 but only 12% CRIT Rate, while Good Boy's Grand Adventure sits at 474 base ATK but offers a massive 45% ATK bonus as its secondary stat.
S-Rank Arcs
S-Rank Arcs are the highest rarity weapons in the game. There are currently 21 confirmed S-Rank Arcs. These weapons offer the strongest base stats and the most powerful passive abilities, making them the ideal choice for endgame content and competitive play.

A-Rank Arcs
A-Rank Arcs are strong and accessible alternatives to S-Rank weapons. With 16 A-Rank Arcs available, these weapons provide solid stats and are significantly easier to obtain through pulls. Many A-Rank Arcs serve as excellent placeholders while building toward an S-Rank, and some remain competitive even at endgame thanks to their passive effects.

B-Rank Arcs
B-Rank Arcs are the most common weapons and will make up the majority of what new players obtain early on. While their stats are lower than A-Rank and S-Rank Arcs, they still serve a useful purpose for leveling and filling out a roster. For a detailed breakdown of B-Rank weapons, see the dedicated B-Class Arcs page.

Name | Rank | ATK | Secondary Stat | Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
B | 380 | Break Intensity | 96 | |
B | 380 | ATK | 20% | |
B | 380 | ATK | 20% | |
B | 380 | ATK | 20% | |
B | 316 | HP | 30% |
Tips for Choosing Arcs
Match the secondary stat to your Caster's role. DPS characters benefit most from CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and ATK% secondaries. Support and tank characters perform better with HP%, DEF%, or Charge Efficiency.
Do not ignore A-Rank Arcs. Several A-Rank Arcs like A Time Will Come (CRIT Rate) and Watch Your Heads! (CRIT DMG) are strong options for DPS characters when an S-Rank is not available.
Break Intensity matters for Break-focused teams. Arcs like The Great Thief and Failing You, Heavy in My Heart offer high Break Intensity values that can significantly improve team Break damage output.
Consider base ATK vs. secondary stat tradeoffs. High base ATK Arcs like Camellia Society (666 ATK) work well on characters who scale heavily from flat ATK, while high secondary stat Arcs like Good Boy's Grand Adventure (45% ATK) excel when the rest of the build already provides sufficient flat ATK.
Arc Passives and Effects
Every Arc comes with a named passive ability that activates during combat. Passives scale with the Arc's refinement level, which is raised by pulling duplicate copies from the Scarborough Fair banner. Most passives apply a conditional buff such as bonus CRIT DMG after landing a skill hit, increased ATK while the wearer is above a certain health threshold, or a Break Intensity spike when the wearer swaps into battle. For example, Camellia Society carries the Silent Garden passive, which increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by up to 20 percent in short windows when health drops without incoming damage, making it a natural fit for aggressive frontline Casters that trade blows at close range.
Refinement adds a flat multiplier to the passive at each rank. A Rank 1 Arc provides the base effect; hitting Rank 5 typically doubles the passive's numerical output. Because S-Rank duplicates are rare, most players build around Rank 1 S-Rank Arcs and only refine A-Rank or B-Rank options that drop frequently from standard pulls. The Arcs and Weapons page covers the refinement math in more detail, including how to interpret passive descriptions in the Arc details screen.
Arc Types and Character Synergy
Arcs in NTE are not locked to specific characters. Any Caster can equip any Arc regardless of whose promotional banner it debuted on, which gives players flexibility when planning team compositions. That said, each signature Arc is tuned around its headline Caster's kit, so pairing an Arc with its intended owner usually produces the strongest numerical result. Camellia Society, for instance, is built for high-CRIT carry roles, while Day Off favors support Casters that rely on fast skill rotations and Charge Efficiency.
The main way to categorize Arcs is by their secondary stat. Damage-focused Arcs roll into ATK, CRIT Rate, or CRIT DMG; survivability Arcs roll HP or DEF; and utility Arcs roll Break Intensity or Charge Efficiency. When evaluating an Arc for a specific Caster, always check the Caster's preferred scaling stat on the Character Progression page before pulling on the banner.
Damage Arcs: Prioritize carries and sub-DPS Casters. Camellia Society, Raging Flames, Youthful Fantasy, Reality Refuge, Blow up the Crowd, and Good Boy's Grand Adventure all slot into this role.
Support Arcs: Favor buffers, healers, and shielders. Day Off, Eternal Waltz, Your Happiness Is Priceless, and The Fools' Spring provide team-oriented effects or large survivability stats.
Break-Focused Arcs: Built for stagger-oriented Casters. Mind Royale, The Great Thief, Failing You Heavy in My Heart, and Dangerous Game all roll Break Intensity as their secondary stat.
Flagship Arcs to Know
A handful of Arcs are worth flagging because they shape early tier lists and show up repeatedly in guide recommendations. These picks are verified from the Prydwen Institute NTE database and the Icy Veins Arcs list, so the stat lines below match the tables above.
Camellia Society: The highest base ATK in the game at 666. Its 12 percent CRIT Rate roll looks modest, but the Silent Garden passive layers CRIT DMG windows that spike burst damage for carry Casters.
Good Boy's Grand Adventure: The highest ATK percentage roll on any S-Rank Arc at 45 percent, trading a lower 474 base ATK for a much larger percentage multiplier. Works best on Casters that already stack high flat ATK from their kit.
Eternal Waltz: The outlier HP Arc at 424 base ATK and 41.25 percent HP. Reserved for HP-scaling Casters and survival-focused compositions.
Day Off: The only S-Rank Arc with Charge Efficiency as its secondary stat, giving 33 percent at max level. Essential for rotation-dependent supports that need faster ultimate uptime.
Mind Royale: The strongest A-Rank Arc at launch, with 555 base ATK and a 60 Break Intensity roll. It is the go-to budget option for stagger Casters that cannot secure a limited S-Rank.
Sources Beyond the Gacha
Not every Arc requires Tri-Key currency on the Scarborough Fair banner. Several A-Rank and B-Rank Arcs are handed out for free through story beats, world exploration, and event rewards. These free Arcs matter the most in the first two weeks after launch, when new players have not built up enough pulls for guaranteed S-Rank wins.
Story Rewards: The main story hands out at least one A-Rank Arc as a milestone reward during early chapters. The Forgotten is one such Arc, tied to the Hethereau residents' side plot and guaranteed through quest completion rather than gacha.
Event Shops: Rotating limited events offer selector tickets for A-Rank Arcs, letting players pick one weapon from a curated pool. Check the events tab after each patch to see which Arcs are available for selection.
Standard Banner Drops: Every standard 10-pull on Scarborough Fair guarantees at least one A-Rank or higher Arc, which means B-Rank Arcs mostly show up as filler during single pulls. Budget players can still use them as stopgap equipment on bench Casters.
Shop Exchange: A subset of B-Rank and A-Rank Arcs can be purchased directly from the in-game shop using currencies earned from commissions and weekly activities.
Upcoming Arcs
The 42-Arc pool listed on this page covers everything confirmed at the April 29, 2026 global launch. Additional Arcs are expected to release alongside new Casters in post-launch patches. Historically, MMO-style gacha titles like NTE add one or two S-Rank Arcs per major update, typically tied to the headline character of the patch. When new Arcs are confirmed through official announcements or datamines, this database will be updated with stat lines matching the in-game details screen. Until then, treat the current 42 as the complete starting roster.
Tips for Collecting Arcs
Building a strong Arc collection over time is as much about budgeting pulls as it is about chasing individual weapons. The guidance below assumes a free-to-play or low-spend player trying to maximize account value across the first several banners.
Save Tri-Key currency for Arc banners that match your main carry. Pulling on a support Arc banner while playing a carry-focused team wastes pity that could land a signature weapon later.
Take advantage of the 60-pull soft pity. Because each 10-pull guarantees an A-Rank or higher, spaced 10-pulls still feed the soft pity counter while giving filler A-Rank Arcs for bench Casters.
Prioritize refining B-Rank and A-Rank Arcs that match your team's scaling. A fully refined B-Rank Arc often out-performs a Rank 1 S-Rank Arc whose passive does not match the wearer's role.
Claim every free Arc from the story, events, and daily rewards before spending pulls. The The Forgotten questline alone saves enough Tri-Key currency for multiple extra 10-pulls on a limited banner.
Use the Arc loadout preview to test how a new Arc's passive interacts with your active Caster before locking in a refinement. Some passives look strong on paper but fall off on Casters that rarely trigger their conditional windows.
