Overview
Dungeons are areas of Talea in LumenTale: Memories of Trey that Animon have made their home. Talea is widely inhabited, but over the years these places became too difficult for ordinary people to approach, and they gradually fell into disrepair. That is what makes them worth visiting now: they are filled with rare Animon and valuable treasures, and they reward any Lumen willing to brave them.
The developer lists dungeon exploration among the game's main features, pointing players toward rare Animon, hidden treasures and mysterious ancient ruins, and says there are many dungeons and secrets to discover across Talea. Exploration is rewarding, but it is best approached with caution.

Known Dungeons
Suvius Peak is the one dungeon the developer names: a cave route in Mythos that connects Costa Linda toward Altipetra and the spawn point of the starter Salabel. As of September 23, 2026, no full list of dungeons has been published, and this wiki does not have one yet.
Several story locations also play out as dungeon-style crawls, such as Baza's Palace in Mirasilva during The Great Tree Town and the Underground Prison beneath the courthouse in Arsilia City. As of September 23, 2026, it has not been confirmed whether these count among the dungeons that hold a Tarot Animon.
After the Story
Beating the final boss does not close off your save. Reloading puts you back before the final decision, with the optional dungeons open and several previously beaten boss Animon available for rematches in select areas. Capturing every Tarot Animon is one of the post-game goals. See The Capital of Talea and Post-Game Content.
Preparing for a Dungeon
Stock up on consumables before a new region or dungeon. See Crafting and Cooking.
Plan your route around the next Fountain, where you can heal, craft, cook and set the time of day.
Caves are dense with Anivite Crystals, and a Repel helps keep wild Animon off your back while you mine. See How to Break Rocks.
Keep a spread of types in your team: Holoken abilities depend on the element it is infused with, and some obstacles only clear with the right one.
