Overview
May Manor (五月庄园) is one of the eight named regions on the launch world map of Lord of Mysteries, and one of the few pieces of content in the game that is simultaneously a place, a dungeon and a raid. It is a ruined aristocratic country estate, presented as a rain soaked gothic wreck of broken stone walls under a leaden downpour, and its corruption runs deep enough that the estate itself is the encounter.
It sits alongside the other named launch regions listed under Setting and World, including the Hornacis Mountains, Golden Autumn Lake, Water Lily Town, Wisteria Corridor, Ramd Castle, the Tingen Impressions region covered under Tingen, and Saint Selena Cathedral.

The Estate and the Viscountess
The deepest source of contamination at May Manor is the Red Moon. The estate's owner, the Viscountess, sacrificed to the Fallen Mother Goddess (堕落母神) and transforms into a distinct combat form as a result of that bargain, which is what turns the manor from a location into a boss encounter. The transformation pattern belongs to the same family of corruption the wiki covers under Beyonder Monsters and Anomalies.
Because the manor is a marker on the world map as well as an instance, it functions in both directions: it can be visited as part of exploring the world, and entered as instanced group content. Encounters at this tier carry the flat sanity costs described under Sanity System.
May Manor: Garden
May Manor: Garden (五月庄园·花园) is the raid grown out of the estate. It is a level 63 encounter for twelve players, which places it at the top of the instanced ladder alongside the six player dungeons and above them in both roster size and gear requirement.
The raid first opened at 08:00 on 2026-07-03, during the closing days of the Gray Fog Test, whose servers shut down at 21:00 on 2026-07-05. It was the first raid sized instance opened in any public test of the game. It then shipped with the live game rather than staying a test exclusive: on the published ten day opening cadence it unlocks on day eight, and it drops item level 62 orange gear together with orange branded (烙印) equipment.

Community Accounts
Guides circulated by players after launch describe a manor raid run with one tank, one healer and six damage dealers, an expected damage floor per damage dealer, and a final encounter against a creature called the Aberrant Hound (异化猎犬) whose defeat starts an unavoidable channel that wipes the group unless it is interrupted. These are player reports, not published documentation, and the roster they describe does not match the twelve player figure the studio gives for the Garden. Both descriptions are recorded here rather than merged, because no official breakdown of the raid's roster or encounter list has been published.
In the Wider World
May Manor is one of the few named instances the studio has publicly attached to a location on the map, which makes it a useful reference point for how the launch world is structured. The playable launch world is Tingen and its criminal underside, a set of named outdoor destinations of which May Manor is one, instanced Hidden Spaces, and battlegrounds. Backlund, the Five Seas and the West Continent are staged for later in the announced content plan rather than being available now. See Dev Roadmap for that sequence.
