what is Smart Zoi?

Smart Zoi is an experimental feature that enhances Zoi autonomy through advanced AI. Characters ask questions to the AI and receive responses that guide their decisions and schedule. Players can examine a Zoi's "inner thoughts" to understand why the AI made a specific choice.

enabling Smart Zoi

1. Open the Game Menu at the top of the screen

2. Navigate to Options

3. Select the Gameplay tab

4. Toggle "Enable Smart Zoi" to On

The Smart Zoi Panel appears at the bottom of the main screen once activated. Internet connection is required.

system requirements

Smart Zoi demands higher specs than base gameplay. The minimum requires an RTX 3060 (8GB) with 12GB RAM, while the recommended tier calls for an RTX 5070/4070 Super (12GB) with 16GB RAM. The high tier wants an RTX 5070Ti/4080 Super (16GB) with 32GB RAM and 75GB storage.

known issues

• Schedule creation can fail if characters stay up too late

• Journal and schedule editing is disabled at 5x game speed or higher

• Inner thought bubbles disappear quickly during character interactions

• Gameplay lag with multiple sleepy characters on-screen after 11 PM game time
