Nuzzuo is a playable character in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and a proud warrior of the Har Hali, a forest tribe that believes in power. He leads the tribe in place of its chieftain, who has disappeared, and he holds the demon god Balor in a reverence that goes beyond the tribe's usual devotion.

The Har Hali are a forest people whose faith is in strength, and Nuzzuo is one of their proudest fighters. Their chieftain has vanished, and Nuzzuo has taken up the leadership in the meantime. He is described as revering Balor as a special object of worship, which is not stated to be the whole tribe's position.
He comes into conflict with Cai and his companions when they set foot on Har Hali sacred ground.

The Japanese name romanises as Nuzzo, a surname of Italian origin, and translated material has rendered it as both Nuzzo and Nutso. Nuzzuo is the English spelling.
As of September 2026, no official profile or class listing gives him a starting class, stats or growths. The Har Hali chieftain has not been named, nothing has been stated about where they went, and it is not published whether Nuzzuo's reverence for Balor puts him at odds with the rest of the tribe or speaks for it. Diego is also identified as Har Hali, but as of September 2026 no published profile states the relationship between the two of them.
