Mentoring is a feature of Cai's route, available in Part I Chapter 4 after finding the Arena Underground and unlocking Search. New lessons depend on story progress and Renown.
Seminars require reading a conversation, Combat lessons use battle exercises, and Conquest lessons set world-map objectives. Completing lessons awards items or unlocks classes.
