Added her Leda-path join, per-path recruitment table and spear role; updated unknowns wording
Catania is a playable character in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, a mercenary whose profile calls her sterling in skill. The roster listings group her with the unaffiliated and mercenary characters, who fight under a pair of crossed lances instead of a clan banner.

On Leda's path she is added to the army during the gift and recruitment tutorial in Chapter 4, The Indelible Past, where the game points the player toward her as a spear user with low requirements; on the other three paths she is recruited through Support and Renown, as set out below. As of September 2026 no faction has been documented for her here. She also turns up repeatedly in the between-match scenes: dining with Cai and Ninae in one shot, sitting at the campfire with Leda's party in another. One listing also gives her a support chain with Leda, though as of September 2026 this wiki has not documented its conversations.
Her profile describes her seizing the advantage and raising precision with great speed, and she starts in the Commoner class that most of the cast begins from. Preview footage records a personal ability called Punishing Squall. As of September 2026, this wiki has not collected her stats or weapon ranks, or documented which classes she can certify into.

Her listed likes run to a theme: sterling wares, sterling people and sterling meals. She also enjoys the thrill of a strong opponent, which is what her one published battle line is about.
"A strong opponent. Thrilling!"

The name is that of a city in Sicily.
For the crossed-lance grouping she is filed under instead of a clan banner, see List of Characters. Leda is the Hero whose campfire she sits at and whose support chain she is listed for, and Mikaela is another mercenary working out of Dagsion.
