Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses
October 13, 2026 at 12:27 PM
Noted the September 29, 2026 delivery of the Eclipse Edition soundtrack on PC
The Blood of Dawnwalker ships in four editions: Standard, Day One, Eclipse and Collector's. Every one of them contains the same complete game, so the choice is entirely about physical collectibles and digital extras rather than about content inside Coen's story. All four released together on September 3, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The Standard Edition is the base game plus the pre-order bonus, with no additional physical or digital content. It is sold both digitally and on disc, and it delivers the complete game on its own.
The Day One Edition is the physical first print. It pairs the base game disc with a Steelbook metal case and a printed World Map of Vale Sangora, without the Eclipse digital extras. The publisher lists it at the same price as the Standard Edition, which makes it the low-cost route to physical shelf pieces at launch. It is a first print and is available while stocks last.
The Eclipse Edition is the digital route to more content, bundling the base game with three digital add-ons: a Digital World Compendium covering the world and history of Vale Sangora, a Digital Comic Book that serves as a prequel to the main campaign, and a Digital Soundtrack compiling the game's score. None of the three change how the game plays; they deepen the world around Coen's story rather than adding in-game systems.
On PC the soundtrack was added to the Steam library of Eclipse content owners on September 29, 2026, in MP3 and WAV. It is not sold separately.

The Eclipse content does not have to be bought upfront. It is also sold as an upgrade on top of the Standard and Day One editions, so a player can start with either and add the compendium, comic book and soundtrack later. It is listed as its own store item on all three platforms, dated one day ahead of the game itself.
The Collector's Edition combines every physical collectible with the full Eclipse digital upgrade. It is produced in a limited run and sold while stocks last. It contains:
The base game
A Steelbook, a metal case carrying a full colour illustration of Brencis's court
A textured World Map of Vale Sangora, 33 by 40 cm, illustrated in the style of 14th century illuminations
A PureArts Coen Figurine, 23 cm, in a collector box, showing Coen as human by day and vampire by night
A physical World Compendium, a 60-page hardcover of concept art, sketches and illustrations
The Eclipse digital upgrade: Digital World Compendium, Digital Comic Book and Digital Soundtrack
The Sangoran Wayfarer's Armor Set pre-order bonus
Every edition carries the same pre-order bonus, the Sangoran Wayfarer's Armor Set. It equips Coen with the gear of the Sangoran Wayfarer, marked with the emblem of a nameless smith who travelled the continent in search of inspiration.
The set is early unlock content, not exclusive content. Anyone who bought the game after release can still obtain it in normal play, fairly early on; pre-ordering simply granted access to it from the start. It is offered at participating retailers while stocks last.
No edition unlocked the game ahead of the launch date. Standard, Day One, Eclipse and Collector's buyers all began playing on September 3, 2026, so the choice between editions affected content only, never timing.
On PC the game is carried by three storefronts: Steam, the Microsoft Store and GOG. The GOG listing is Windows only and stocks the Standard Edition, the Eclipse Edition and the Eclipse Edition Content as a separate upgrade, matching the split described above. The Microsoft Store build is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, so one purchase covers both the PC and Xbox Series X|S versions. None of this changes the platform list, which is PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S: a storefront is a distribution channel, not a platform.
Prices vary by region and by storefront and are deliberately left out of this page, since any figure written here goes stale the first time a sale runs. The physical editions are sold through retail and through the publisher's own store rather than through any of the digital storefronts.
Age ratings on the PC listings are PEGI 18, ESRB Mature 17+ and USK 18. Storefronts in some regions display a release date of September 2, 2026 rather than September 3. That is a time-zone artefact of a single global launch at midnight Central European Summer Time, not a second release date or an early-access window.
Bandai Namco Partnership covers the publishing deal behind the release. System Requirements lists the PC specification, and Achievements covers the launch trophy and achievement list.
