Overview

The White Horn Earring is an Earring accessory in Crimson Desert. It provides 2 DEF, 0 ATK, and Movement Speed Lv.1. Earrings are equipped in the ear slot, with up to two earrings wearable at the same time. They generally focus on defense and utility stats, and grant Health Regeneration at higher refinement levels.

The White Horn Earring is obtained by defeating White Horn, Shepherd of Souls, a powerful boss found in the frozen peaks of Pailune. The combination of defense and movement speed makes it a practical accessory for both survivability and mobility.

How to Obtain

The White Horn Earring is obtained as a reward for defeating White Horn, Shepherd of Souls. White Horn is a massive creature that resides in the Argent Peaks of Pywel in the frozen northern region. To unlock this boss fight, players must complete enough Pailune Faction Quests until the "Deep-Rooted Sorrow" quest becomes available at Skoghorn Farm.

Defeating White Horn also rewards the Frost Hail Abyss Gear, making this boss encounter doubly valuable for character progression.

• At 2 DEF with Movement Speed Lv.1, the White Horn Earring offers a balanced mix of defense and utility, similar in defensive value to the Engraved Gold Earring (1 DEF, Move Speed Lv.1) but with higher defense.

• The Movement Speed bonus stacks with other movement speed sources from boots and other equipment, helping players maintain mobility in and out of combat.

• Players can equip two earrings simultaneously. Pairing the White Horn Earring with a complementary earring like the Oath of Darkness (2 DEF) provides strong defensive coverage in both slots.

• Like other earrings, refining the White Horn Earring at a Blacksmith unlocks Health Regeneration at higher refinement levels, further boosting survivability.

• The White Horn boss fight is one of the more challenging encounters in Pailune. Players should bring cold-resistant gear and healing items before attempting it.
