Overview

The Throne of Truth is an Abyss puzzle located in the Throne of Truth area of the Dry Valley Abyss in Crimson Desert. The puzzle revolves around three core mechanics: restoring broken circuit segments, navigating vertical terrain through climbing and aerial movement, and reactivating energy flow through a network of conduits. Completing the puzzle progresses the player through the Dry Valley area and opens an enhanced traversal route.

This puzzle does not award an Abyss Artifact upon completion. Instead, the reward is area progression and access to the rest of the Dry Valley.

The Throne of Truth puzzle is built around three interlocking mechanics that must be completed in sequence.

Restoration

The puzzle requires the player to repair three broken circuit segments. These segments are scattered across the puzzle area and must each be individually restored before the energy flow can be reactivated. The circuits are connected to a broader conduit network that powers the environment.

Traversal

Reaching the circuit segments demands vertical movement through climbing, hovering, and aerial traversal. Players must scale walls, use their hover ability to cross gaps, and fly between elevated platforms. Stamina management is important throughout, as the traversal sections require sustained movement without many rest points.

Activation

Once the circuit segments are repaired and the player returns to the main area, the energy flow through the conduits must be restored. This involves striking specific nodes and interacting with mechanisms using Force Palm to channel energy back through the system.

Step-by-Step Solution

The following walkthrough covers the full puzzle from start to finish. Precision movement and stamina awareness are essential throughout.

Phase 1: Descend and Repair Foundational Conduits

1. Locate the hidden opening. Below the abyss floor in the Throne of Truth area, there is a concealed gap. Find this opening and drop through it to reach the lower section of the puzzle.

2. Fix the foundational conduits. In the lower section, locate and repair the foundational conduit segments. These form the base layer of the circuit network and must be restored before proceeding upward.

Phase 2: Scale and Activate Circuit Nodes

1. Climb to the circular gear wall. Scale the walls in the lower section and use your hover ability to reach a circular gear wall above. This requires careful stamina management, as the climb is sustained.

2. Activate the first circuit. Use Force Palm to strike and activate the first circuit on the gear wall. This restores energy to the initial segment of the conduit network.

3. Fly to the second wall. From the first gear wall, use aerial movement to reach the second wall. This transition requires hovering across open space.

4. Strike the two right-side circular nodes. On the second wall, locate the two circular nodes on the right side and strike them to activate the second circuit segment.

Phase 3: Final Circuit and Return

1. Drop onto the cube structures. From the second wall, descend onto the cube structures below. These serve as platforms leading to the final circuit.

2. Punch the final circuit. Strike the last circuit segment on the cube structures to complete the restoration of all three circuits. The conduit network is now fully repaired.

3. Climb back through the original opening. Return to the surface by ascending through the same opening you used to enter the lower section. The environment above will now be reconstructed, reflecting the restored energy flow.

Phase 4: Reach the Abyss Nexus

1. Use the launch pad. In the reconstructed environment, locate and activate the launch pad to propel yourself into the air.

2. Hover and fly toward the abyss center. After launching, use your hover ability and aerial movement to fly toward the center of the abyss.

3. Trigger the Abyss Nexus. Interact with the Abyss Nexus at the center to complete the puzzle. This finalizes the Dry Valley progression and opens the area for further exploration.

Tips

• Manage your stamina carefully. The traversal sections involve extended climbing, hovering, and flying without frequent rest points. Keep an eye on your Stamina bar and plan your route to avoid running out mid-climb.

• Precision matters more than speed. The puzzle is rated moderate difficulty, but mistakes during aerial movement can send you back to earlier sections. Take your time when transitioning between walls and platforms.

• Watch for visual cues on circuit nodes. The circular nodes you need to strike have distinct visual indicators. Look for unlit or broken segments on gear walls to identify which nodes still need activation.

• Force Palm is required for activation. Standard attacks will not activate the circuit nodes. Make sure you use Force Palm specifically when striking the circuits.

• The hidden opening can be easy to miss. The gap below the abyss floor is concealed. If you cannot find the entrance, look carefully around the edges of the Throne of Truth area for a section of floor that can be dropped through.

Rewards

Completing the Throne of Truth puzzle does not grant an Abyss Artifact. The rewards for finishing this puzzle are:

• Area progression: The Dry Valley Abyss is unlocked for further exploration beyond the Throne of Truth.

• Enhanced traversal route: The reconstructed environment provides a new path through the area, making subsequent navigation faster and more direct.

• Dry Valley unlock: Completing this puzzle is required to progress deeper into the Dry Valley region of the Abyss.
