The Righteous Verdict is a unique two-handed weapon in Crimson Desert that "provides increased critical rate and attack speed, as well as coming equipped with 3 Abyss Cores." With 23 attack power, Level 3 Critical Rate, and Level 2 Attack Speed, it ranks among the best-balanced unique two-handed weapons in the game. The combination of high crit chance and faster swing speed makes every hit count.
The weapon is hidden inside the Demeniss Ancestors' Ruins, an ancient complex accessible only through a cave near the Nightfell Expedition Camp. Getting to it requires platforming across stone pillars over a deep chasm, making it one of the more challenging weapon pickups in the game. The effort is worth it: Righteous Verdict's stat spread competes with endgame boss drops.

Righteous Verdict is located inside the Demeniss Ancestors' Ruins in the southern part of the Demeniss region. To reach it:
Travel to the Nightfell Expedition Camp in southern Demeniss.
Find the cave entrance in the mountainside, guarded by two sentries.
Enter the cave and follow the narrow passage to a staircase. The first door opens automatically as you approach.
Inside the ruins, jump across a series of stone pillars spanning a deep chasm. If you fall, you land in water. Swim to a platform and climb back up to try again.
After crossing the gap, a second door opens. Head to the far end of the room.
The Righteous Verdict is lodged in the floor at the back of the chamber. Interact with it to pull it free.
This weapon cannot be purchased from merchants or crafted. It is a one-time find from the Demeniss Ancestors' Ruins.
Righteous Verdict supports 10 refinement levels at any Blacksmith. Starting at 23 base attack, refinement pushes the damage into endgame territory. The materials required come from mining and gathering across Pywel. The 21.15 Silver Coin sell price makes it one of the most valuable weapons in the game by resale value, so avoid selling it accidentally.
Level 3 Critical Rate is the highest tier for any stat bonus. Combined with Destruction I and Insight I Abyss Cores, Righteous Verdict deals substantial burst damage on critical hits.
The Gale II core boosts movement or evasion speed, which complements the weapon's offensive focus by letting you reposition quickly between heavy swings.
With two empty Abyss Core slots remaining, you can push the crit build even further with Critical Damage cores, or add survivability through health recovery or defense.
The Level 2 Attack Speed partially offsets the inherent slowness of two-handed weapons. Righteous Verdict swings faster than most greatswords and greataxes, letting you squeeze in extra hits during short openings against bosses.
The platforming section to reach the weapon can be tricky. Take the pillar jumps slowly and use the sprint jump for longer gaps. The water below is safe, so falling just costs time, not health.
